Latin Grammy Award winner and Grammy Award nominee Ricardo (Richie) Acasuso is a producer/engineer based in London. He’s been working in the music industry for 16 years. After getting his bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts (Audio Production) at SAE Institute London, Richie has recorded, produced, mixed or done live sound with artists such as Molotov, GROUPLOVE, The Vaccines, Rey Pila, Ximena Sariñana, Young the Giant, Leiva, and Hippo Campus. He has worked with producers like Dave Sitek, Daniel Ledinsky, BJ Burton, Jason Perry and Gordon Raphael.
He has also been working at Sonic Ranch Studios (Texas), one of the biggest residential studios in the world for the last six years.
In addition to his music industry credentials, Richie has mixed and recorded music for film and TV by composers such as Bryce Dessner, Milo Froideval, Dan Zlotnik and Carlos Rafael Rivera which include the films Bardo by Alejandro G. Iñarritu, Chupa by Jonás Cuarón, The Black Demon by Adrian Grunberg, Sr. Pig by Diego Luna, and TV shows such as Selena, Luis Miguel, and House of Flowers.
